Refund policy

Venus jewellery is happy to exchange your purchase within 7 Days of original purchase date.Item(s) must be in as new condition with no signs of wear or alteration. We will either exchange it for another item or gladly provide an in-store credit. Items that have been repaired, sized, shortened , engraved or altered in any way are ineligible for exchange. Custom orders or lay-by orders can not be exchanged or refunded.
